As per our previous announcement, from tonight, 20th of May, Web Africa will be discontinuing our support for the
downloadable Spark chat program.
Clients will still be able to contact support agents via the Instant Messaging interface provided by our web-based, Fastpath application which can be found at:

The faulty module has been replaced and the server is operational again.
